Why a 4 week wait for custom jerseys?First, we have a long wait queue for production of custom jerseys, second, all our jerseys are embroidered (100% Stitched), we do not use heat transfers or stick letters, therefore the customization process takes time. we use embroidery machines to create your letters and then place them on your jerseys as ordered. Simply put this process takes time. So we suggest plan ahead and you will have an amazing jersey for that sports event, but it takes about 4 weeks to make it happen.

How fast is your shipping and what carriers do you use?With the exception of Custom Made Jerseys; All our items are available on hand. We ship daily and we only use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Therefore, immediately after purchase you get an email with tracking information. Typical Shipping is 1-2 Days in Florida and 3-4 Days Nationwide. In other words you get your jersey quick.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
